Client protection

Safeguards that start before the first deposit.

Protection is a process, not a promise.

Verification before funding, same-name money movement, and the safeguards FlowFX intends to hold client balances under. Controls that are live today are marked as such; those that depend on the entity terms are marked planned.

Every protection’s scope

01

Onboarding is the first protection

Country eligibility, identity verification and screening complete before money can move. The order is deliberate: an account that verifies first is an account whose withdrawal path works later.

  • Eligibility, then identity, then funding
  • Screening where rules require
  • Product permissions set at opening

02

Money controls that close the loop

Same-name funding in and return-to-source out are live controls today. Holding client balances segregated from company funds is part of the planned entity terms: the bank arrangements and the exact client-money treatment publish with those terms, before any account is funded.

  • Same-name in, return-to-source out
  • Segregated client balances per entity terms
  • Third-party payments refused both ways

03

Protections named, never implied

Negative balance protection and client-money treatment depend on entity and classification. FlowFX names each protection’s exact scope in your account terms — a protection that cannot be quoted is not a protection.

  • NBP scope stated per entity
  • Client-money terms quotable
  • Complaint route published

Answers describe the current published position. Final terms are confirmed per legal entity and shown in the client portal before an account trades.

Segregation of client balances from company funds is part of the planned entity terms rather than something in force today — no client money is held yet. The banking arrangement, the entity responsible and the exact client-money treatment are published before funding opens.
